The State of Delaware's unemployment insurance program law and federal unemployment insurance program law have very
rigid requirements about the disclosure of and access to unemployment insurance claims information. The same
requirements will be applied to Internet claims as are required with in-person claims. Nothing will be disclosed by
the Delaware Department of Labor's Division of Unemployment Insurance concerning your Internet claim except as provided
under Delaware and federal law.
In accordance with 20 CFR Part 603, confidential information regarding an individual's unemployment insurance claim
may be requested and utilized for other governmental purposes, including, but not limited to, verification of
eligibility under other government programs.
